What is Key Club?



Key Club is a volunteering club in which students have many opportunities to participate in community service while also participating in many leadership activities!

  • Key Club is nationally recognized as part of the Kiwanis Club and looks excellent to colleges for involvement within school as well as community service and volunteering.

Key Club Requirements

  • 100 volunteer hours outside of Key Club or through Key Club; we offer many events that you can participate in to earn your hours.

  • You must attend one meeting a month. Generally we will have at least two meetings a month. They will be every other Monday at 2:15 on the 2nd and 4th Monday of each month.

  • $25 Kiwanis dues (you must pay in order to be a part of the club).

Past Events

  • Book drives for the elementary schools

  • Reading to children at the Lemay Child Center

  • Tab tops collections

  • Rake & Run

  • Trick-or –Treat Tuesday

  • Assisted with TASK Sports

  • Toy collections

  • Peanut sales

  • Working booths at the district’s school picnics

  • Raising money for Unicef

  • Volunteering with St. Louis County Parks

  • Helping out at elementary and middle school functions

  • Assisted with Special Olympics Basketball Tournament

Everyone can be a Key Club member as long as they have met the volunteer hour and attendance requirements by the end of the school year!
