
The PSAT/NMSQT is a test for junior students or sophomore students who are taking advanced or honors classes. The test measures critical reading, math reasoning, and writing skills that are important for successful academic performance in college. In order to be eligible for the National Merit Scholarship Program students must be in their third year of high school and have taken the PSAT Test on one of the national test dates.
The 2022 PSAT test is scheduled for the morning of October 12 in Gym B at OHS. Registration forms can found below and must be turned in to the guidance office no later than Friday, September 30, 2022
PSAT/NMSQT - Students with Disabilities
Any 10th or 11th grade student with a documented disability who would like to take the PSAT/NMSQT with accommodations on October 12 must receive approval from the College Board's Services for Student with Disabilities. The deadline for submitting accommodations requests for the October 12 test is August 23, 2022. Please use the link below for more information. Parents or students with questions should contact their grade-level counselor. Requests for accommodations should be submitted in writing to the grade level counselor.
