My husband and I recently moved to Illinois to follow his job with the Air Force.
I am from Columbus, OH, where I earned both my undergraduate and graduate
degree from Ohio University.  I have spent the past three years working as a
high school counselor.  I can honestly say that I love my job and working with
students on a daily basis.  I am so very excited to join the Oakville counseling
team and to work with the class of 2023.

Having grown up in the Mehlville School District, I am very excited to be working at Oakville High School. I earned my undergraduate degree in Psychology from Benedictine College, my master’s degree in Education/Counseling and my Educational Specialist in Curriculum and Instruction from Missouri Baptist University, and my Educational Doctorate in Leadership from Lindenwood University. During the 2009/2010 school year, I worked as the Alternative Education Counselor at St. Clair High School, and have worked at Oakville since 2010.  I enjoy working with my students and watching them mature into young adults!
